MHSA has a brilliant track record of solving students’ issues within the FHS. In the past years MHSA have:
Ensured the fair allowance of roughly €250,000 that was unjustly taken from Nursing and Physiotherapy students.
Fought against and overturned an industrial action that would have resulted in the placement failure of over 100 students.
Taken up multiple cases of unfair placement treatment and grading and ensuring a just and fair decision was taken in all cases.
Advocated students concerns regarding placements, promotion to subsequent years and examinations as a result of the past scholastic year and plans being disturbed due to COVID.
