Stress Less for Success with MHSA during this exam period .

For this campaign we have collaborated with Core Balance Movement to provide you with meditation sessions which you can join from the comfort of your home .

Daily meditation practice is related to many benefits:
Reduces STRESS
Improves SLEEP
Helps lengthen attention SPAN and improves CONCENTRATION
Decreases ANXIETY levels
Helps diminish the perception of PAIN in the brain
