MHSA is proud to collaborate with Malta Mindfulness Centre to bring to you 90 minutes of Mindfulness practice which will be delivered by Mr. Aksobhin Tracy.

Implementing daily mindfulness practice may have many advantages
Reduces stress and anxiety levels
Lessens chronic pain
Improves sleep
Decreases burnout
